“Traveling Liqueur” Series
This series is based on the concept of “feeling like you've traveled to the region where the fruit/herb was harvested as you sip the liqueur.” For the red shiso flavor, red shiso grown in Fujisato is blended. Fujisato is a town located at the foot of the Shirakami Sanchi mountains in northern Akita Prefecture—an area recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage, home of Asia’s largest natural virgin beech forest. Fujisato town is a gateway to the Shirakami mountain trails, with clear mountain streams famous among Ayu (sweetfish) fishing enthusiasts. This liqueur is herbal, sour and sweet unique to red shiso and a refreshing, clean finish that makes it perfect for cooling off in hot summer weather.
