Akita Craft Gin 岑No.65 launched in 2023 using botanicals from the mountains in Akita, northwest of Japan. Kuromoji(Linbera umbellata) twigs of spicebush are gently steeped into brewers’ alcohol to extract their refreshing aromas. Japanese white birch syrup is carefully blended to add gentle sweetness to this gin. Other ingredients include Juniper berry, cilantro seed, orange peel, cloves and cinnamon.

No.65 stands for the 65th recipe from numerous trials. A part of sales is donated to funds used to re-plant trees for forest preservation efforts.
