Tenko40 wins GOLD in Daiginjo category A this year at US National Sake Appraisal 2020 held on October 17-19 in Honolulu, Hawaii. There were 502 entries this year.

Tenko40 is a full-bodied sake with fragrant summer flowers and tropical fruits, so well representing the characteristics of dai-ginjo, but it is not overly fragrant and is very food friendly. Rich in texture and well-balanced in acidity.
